In the event that the maritime authorities or the captain determine that conditions are unsafe for navigation, the excursion may:

  • To be rescheduled for another available date

  • To be partially modified for operational reasons

  • To be cancelled for security reasons

Cancellations by the company

The company reserves the right to cancel the tour in case of:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Unforeseen technical failures on the vessel

  • Restrictions imposed by authorities

  • Failure to reach the operational minimum number of participants

In case of cancellation by the company, the customer may:

  • Reprogram free of charge

  • Request a full refund of the amount paid

Date changes requested by the customer

Rescheduling must be requested before 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the excursion.

After that time it will be considered a no-show and rescheduling fees may apply.
